Terms and Conditions

These are the terms on which Sandon Bathrooms quotes for and carries out work. They were last updated in October 2026, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

Quotations

A quote covers the work described in it. If something comes to light once work starts that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, such as a problem behind an old bath panel, we will stop, tell you what it involves and get your agreement before carrying on.

Booking and access

We will agree a start date with you. You will need to give us reasonable access to the property for the work to be carried out.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote.

Materials

Sanitaryware, tiles and panel systems carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are separate from anything agreed with us.

Cancellation

Where you engage us as a consumer away from our premises you have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days. If you ask us to start within that period and then cancel, we may charge for work already done.
