Baths and shower screens

Straight and P-shaped shower baths with a glass screen, so one room gives you both. A P-shaped bath with a curved screen fits a shower and a bath into the same footprint as a straight bath on its own. Some of ours have a mixer shower on a riser rail, others an electric shower; one has a grab rail fitted beside the bath, and another sits against grey linear mosaic wall tiles. A straight bath with a curved glass screen against large grey wall tiles is a good example of the simpler option.

Choosing your screen

A fixed screen keeps the water in without a curtain to deal with, and a curved one gives a shower a bit more elbow room than a flat panel. Worth deciding early, since the screen and the bath are usually fitted at the same time. A P-shaped bath comes in a left-hand or right-hand version depending on which way round the room is, so it is worth checking before ordering one.
